A fabulous vintage guard chain crafted in sterling silver with a bright 18ct yellow gold finish. It has a lovely weight to it and consists of ornate sterling silver fetter and knot links leading to a claw clasp at the bottom.

The chain dates to 1975 and is complete with the maker’s mark and London hallmarks along the length. The clasp bares different marks and suggests it was added later to the piece and can be used to hold a pendant or locket.
